Indian team is out from the world cup cricket tournament. After their loss in a must win world cup cricket match against Srilanka, India was almost certain to be out of world cup. Nobody expected a miracle, though millions of Indian cricket fans wished Bermuda to beat Bangladesh and get Indian team into last eight. No such miracle happened and India is out. The fans are angry. For last couple of months millions of fans in the cricket addicted nation treated the Indian cricket team members as big heroes. But now the angry fans are burning effigies and posters of the players in several Indian cities and towns. Violence against the team members’ houses is also being reported.
