Macau is small island next to Hong Kong which is also a part of China. Macau is famous for its casinos and gambling since gambling is not allowed in the mainland of China. On teusday 03 April, 2007 Macau confirmed that, it had overtaken the Las Vegas Strip as the world’s biggest casino draw, saying it raked in more than US$7 billion in 2006. Reports say that the 40 plus casinos at Las Vegas generated US$6.6 billion during the same period.
